Our heritage is as rich and vibrant as our products.

While the Del Monte brand traces back to the days of the Gold Rush, Del Monte Foods was founded in San Francisco in 1916. It was at this time that the predecessor company, California Packing Corporation, or "Calpak," was formed through a merger of four large California canning companies. The Company processed a broad selection of high-quality canned fruits, vegetables and seafood.
A leader in innovation from the start, the Company pioneered and continued to develop effective agricultural techniques and food safety systems. Del Monte was the first national food processor to voluntarily provide nutrition information on product labels. Today the Company is recognized as a leader in promoting sound environmental policies and practices.
The TPM initiative is part of a bigger transformation project for Del Monte where the company looked at other capabilities on which it needed to improve such as S&OP, forecasting, supply chain management and so forth.Andy Wojewodka, director, IT business consulting, Del Monte Foods, points out, "Our CIO Marc Brown has put his vision in place and it's working: IT partners directly with the business. We want to be a trusted partner and understand the business needs, take those learnings and apply technology to whatever those business needs are.
In the Philippines where the Group owns the Del Monte brand, it enjoys leading market shares for canned pineapple juice and juice drinks, canned pineapple and tropical mixed fruits, tomato sauce, spaghetti sauce and tomato ketchup, and also markets products under its second-tier brand, Today’s.
Del Monte Pacific and its subsidiaries are not affiliates of Del Monte Corporation and its parent, Del Monte Foods Company, or Fresh Del Monte Produce, Inc and its subsidiaries, or Kikkoman Corporation and its subsidiaries, including Del Monte Asia Pte Ltd, or Del Monte Foods International Limited and its subsidiaries.

Question: As a future manager what is your computer ethics program?

Ans.
As a future manager, the program that I want to implement is to have an intranets, for the reason that, to have this really help the company in many ways, such as it is less effort, less time and more convenient for a customer, for example in a bank, his card was rejected by the machine instead of going to the branch where he opened his card, he can able to complain in a nearest branch of the bank.
